AnonPaste is built for privacy, with tools to control what others can see. Report abuse via online form
By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use our services.
AnonPaste is built for privacy and pseudonymous use. We do not require your real-world name or government identity. Guest use relies on an Anon ID, a pseudonymous client identifier, and account users can use privacy controls such as hiding a username from content. Privacy tools may include encryption, password protection, and country, IP, or VPN access controls where available. These features help you control what other people can see; they are described further in the Privacy Policy.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and share on the platform. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share the content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on intellectual property rights.
You must not upload or share any content that contains malicious software, harmful code, viruses, or any material that could harm the website or other users. It is strictly forbidden to use AnonPaste for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.
Harassment, abuse, doxxing, and other harmful behaviour toward other users is prohibited. Disagreement, including political disagreement, is not by itself a violation of these Terms.
While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, we cannot guarantee the absolute security and availability of the platform at all times. We may experience downtime, technical issues, or maintenance periods, during which the service may be unavailable.
AnonPaste does not claim ownership of the content you upload or share on the platform. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
We provide our services "as-is" and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content shared on the platform.
In no event shall AnonPaste or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or the content shared on it.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the service (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) is limited to the greater of $100 or the total fees you paid to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice. We may add, remove, or update features, functionalities, or content to improve user experience and ensure the smooth operation of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your access to AnonPaste at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. You will be notified in case of any such action.
You must not use AnonPaste to create, upload, share, or distribute illegal content, content that infringes another person's rights, malware, fraud or scams, threats, harassment, doxxing, or content that promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, exploitation, or other unlawful activity.
Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, and content that exploits or endangers children are prohibited. We may restrict access, remove content, suspend access, preserve relevant records, and make reports or disclosures where required or appropriate under applicable law.
Use the abuse reporting process to report suspected violations. We use reports, technical safeguards, and human review to assess concerns, but we cannot review every paste or guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
We maintain procedures for escalating suspected child sexual abuse material, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other authorities where required or appropriate. Technical signals and user reports are assessed through those procedures.
Using the service to send or distribute spam; perform bulk, repetitive, or programmatic posting; engage in link farming, SEO manipulation, affiliate drops; or share self-promotional content and so-called 'guest postings' (submissions made primarily for advertising, traffic acquisition, or promotional purposes) is strictly prohibited. Content that is primarily promotional in nature, or accounts primarily used for such activity, may be limited or terminated, and related content may be removed without notice.
If content is sensitive, you must mark it accurately. Access to sensitive content may be subject to warnings, age assurance, or location-based restrictions. You must not use sensitive-content settings to evade our terms or applicable law.
We may take action on content or accounts that violate these Terms, including restricting access, removing content, suspending access, and making reports or disclosures where required or appropriate.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the content you upload or share on the platform. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the sole purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share the content and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold AnonPaste, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. We will post the updated Terms of Service on our website, and your continued use of AnonPaste after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
You must meet the minimum age required to use the service where you live. Sensitive content may be limited to adults and may require age assurance before access. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the service where required by law.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AnonPaste. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of those third-party websites or services before using them.
By using AnonPaste, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of AnonPaste after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
If you purchase a subscription (e.g., AnonPaste Pro), you authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers. Your use of a payment method may be subject to additional terms of the payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable. If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Disputed or reversed payments (chargebacks) may result in suspension or termination of service.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. Where applicable, taxes will be added and you are responsible for paying any such taxes.
We provide a Discord bot and related integrations that allow users and server administrators to create, view, and manage pastes or interact with our services from within Discord. By inviting or using the bot, you represent that you have authority to do so for the server.
All content and usage rules in these Terms apply equally to interactions via the Discord bot, including prohibitions on illegal or harmful content. We may throttle, limit, or disable bot features to protect service integrity.
When you interact with the bot, we may process limited Discord-related identifiers (such as user ID, server ID, channel ID, and message IDs) and command parameters solely to provide the requested functionality, enforce limits, and prevent abuse.
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content created via the bot that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Server administrators are responsible for the bot's permissions and for ensuring compliance within their communities.
We may impose limits on usage, bandwidth, storage, rate limits, or access (including for integrations and bots) to ensure stable operation for all users. We reserve the right to prioritize paid subscribers for resource-intensive features.
The service is free solely for personal, non-commercial use by individuals. It must not be used for business, professional, governmental, or organizational purposes, including internal tools, client work, or revenue-generating activities.
The Pro plan may be used by personal users who want advanced features and by sole traders or freelancers for business use. It is not valid for companies or teams.
Free users may turn advertising off completely for each eligible paste. When advertising is off for a paste, advertising scripts and providers are not loaded for that paste view. Paid plans are available for users who prefer an ad-free experience without relying on that setting. These choices do not change the paste’s access settings or the rights you retain in its content. Further detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Companies, teams, and larger businesses must use the Max plan. Using the free service for business purposes is prohibited and may result in suspension and a requirement to purchase the appropriate plan, which may include back-billing from the date business use began.
Our service and data are hosted in Europe and the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in those locations and other jurisdictions. Where applicable, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as required by data protection law (for example, standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms).
We use user reports, technical safeguards, and limited human review to address suspected abuse. Our configured infrastructure can screen served content against known CSAM hashes and notify us of matches. These measures do not mean that we review all content or detect every violation.
We do not remove or restrict content solely because of political views, opinions, or moral disagreement. Lawful speech that does not violate these Terms is not subject to viewpoint-based takedown.
We do act on illegal content and other harmful content prohibited by these Terms, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, malware, fraud, threats, harassment, doxxing, and content that exploits or endangers children. Valid law-enforcement and legal process is handled as described in the Legal Requests section.
We do not blindly comply with censorship requests. Where a lawful requirement or valid process makes a broader response necessary, we prefer the narrowest workable step, which may mean restricting access in a particular country or region rather than removing content worldwide. We may also apply warnings, age assurance, upload limits, viewing limits, or other restrictions based on location, content type, legal requirements, or safety needs. Availability and restrictions can change without affecting access in every other jurisdiction.
We assess removal, restriction, and preservation requests under our Terms, applicable law, and the information available to us. We may apply a location-specific or broader response where appropriate. We do not guarantee that any request will produce a particular outcome.
We evaluate legal and law-enforcement requests in accordance with applicable law, our data-retention practices, and the scope of the request. Information may be unavailable because it was not retained, has expired, is serverless, or is protected by client-side encryption.
We keep limited user information for a limited time frame, as minimally required to provide our service and comply with local laws. User information is not held indefinitely. If a paste has been deleted by the user, we typically cannot provide any information about its content, as we do not retain deleted content.
Some pastes use encryption or serverless storage. Encrypted pastes require decryption keys which are not held by us - we cannot decrypt them or provide any data regarding their content. Serverless pastes have no data held on our servers as the data is embedded in the link itself. For these types of pastes, we have limited or no ability to provide content information.
